Our Process

This single core is a "before" that is about to go through the entire process.

The straightening process allows the bumper to be formed to its proper shape.

The bumper is first put through the stripping process to remove any dirt, paint, rust or other particles.

Sandblasting now takes place, to further smooth the surface of the bumper and to remove any surface rust

The grinding process further smooths the surface of the bumper, removing any remaining particles, and preparing it for polishing.

Now the bumper is polished as final preparation for the copper process.
